Germán is a founder, software developer and CPA with an interest in real estate development and investment. He founded the first peer-to-peer car rental company in LatAm in 2012. He's currently CEO of Foothold, a fractional investment platform focused on helping real estate developers to raise funds for unconventional vacation rental projects. He lives in Miami, Florida.
